About IES
The Institute for Environmental Solutions (IES), established in 2008, is a private non-profit research foundation, registered in the Latvian register of Scientific Institutions.
The Institute for Environmental Solutions is an international research and innovation organisation. It brings together experts and specialists from different disciplines to develop solutions to the challenges of natural resource management, using the latest technologies and knowledge. IES utilizes satellite data, aviation, drones, ground sensors, robotics, data fusion, machine learning and other technologies. IES is the leading provider of Earth Observation and Remote Sensing data-based services in Latvia.
